At the entrance of Old Woodland Acres stands the Old Stone Carriage House, a 1930s treasure with three bedrooms, one and a half baths, and its beloved iron shower/tub set atop classic checkered tile. The original hardwood floors carry the stories of generations, giving the cottage its unmistakable storybook soul.

Nestled between the historic 1930s Old Stone Carriage House and the warm Industrial‑Rustic Cottage, this sweet 2‑bedroom, 1‑bath Country‑Chic retreat sits quietly on 17 wooded acres of mountain land. Cozy, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, it offers guests a peaceful hideaway surrounded by whispering trees and Appalachian charm.
INDUSTRIAL-RUSTIC
Beyond the Country‑Chic Cottage sits our Industrial‑Rustic 2‑bedroom, 1‑bath retreat, featuring a rustic shiplap accent wall in the kitchen and a full bath with ironwork details and a shiplap ceiling.
